To arrange a flight we collect passenger names, dates of birth, identification and travel document details, weights where required by the operator, and preferences such as catering and accessibility needs. The website records standard server logs and, if enabled, analytics data.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange, confirm and manage flights and related services.
- To share passenger details with the direct air carrier, ground handlers, customs and immigration authorities as required to operate the flight.
- To send empty-leg alerts and service updates you have asked for. You can opt out at any time.
- To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations, including US Department of Transportation requirements.
Sharing
We share personal information only with the operators, handlers and service providers needed to deliver what you have asked for, with professional advisers, and where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
Trip records are retained for as long as required for tax and regulatory purposes. Access is restricted to staff who need it, and data is transmitted and stored using industry-standard encryption.
Your rights
