How does the Varsano Jet Card work?

You deposit funds, from $100,000, and choose an aircraft class. Each flight is billed against the deposit at the lower of the day's market rate or your capped rate, so the cap protects you on peak days and you still benefit when the market is soft. There is no initiation fee, no annual fee and no blackout dates.

Is availability guaranteed?

Yes. Book with 48 hours' notice on any day of the year and we guarantee an aircraft in your class or the next class up at your rate. Peak days (ten per year, published in advance) require 72 hours' notice and carry a 10% surcharge.

What happens to unused funds?

They are yours. Funds never expire and are refundable on request, less any flights already flown. Deposits are held in a segregated client account and never commingled with operating funds.

What is included in the capped rate?

Aircraft, crew, fuel, insurance, standard catering, de-icing and Wi-Fi where fitted. Federal Excise Tax, segment fees, international fees and crew overnights on multi-day trips are billed at cost and itemized.

Can I use the card for other classes or helicopters?

Yes. Fly a class above or below at that class's capped rate, and use card funds for helicopter transfers, empty legs and concierge services at the quoted price.
